NYTEX manufactures precision machined component parts. Our expertise is in the use of multi-spindle precision screw machines, Swiss automatic screw machines and a variety of secondary mills, drill presses and laths. The versatility of these machines allows NYTEX to manufacture products from the smallest diameters up to 3-1/4" in diameter using a variety of materials from plastic to exotic metals. In addition, our capabilities include internal and external threading, angles, radius, knurling, grooves, broaching, trepanning and hollow taping.

Our highly skilled, fully trained and dedicated workforce, currently 24, maintains a flexible attitude within an environment that focuses on continual improvements in quality and efficiency. Our mission is to meet or exceed customer requirements in quality and delivery.

Quality Programs

Long before the term empowerment and total quality management became catch phrases, NYTEX's quality procedures were instituted with the concept that every operator is an operator/inspector. Through innovative gauge design and a skilled tooling department, complex parts are accurately and quickly checked by the machine operators. The nurturing and growth that this concept has provided has been a key component to NYTEX's success.

After manufacture, our quality control department inspects all product to ensure accuracy before it goes out the door.

In our continuing effort to improve quality, we obtained our ISO 9001:2000 registration in January of 2007. We continue to work diligently to keep our registration and to maintain and improve our quality program.
